Thank you for shopping with us. Because all of our products are made to order, we have a slightly different return policy than traditional retail stores.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering errors.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

Once reviewed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will always do our best to help track and resolve any issues.
