All of our products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

During peak seasons (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.


Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. However, if your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
