Products & Orders
All products are made to order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payments must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, production may have already begun and changes may not be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide a replacement.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. In no case shall Trebsy, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
